Other options don’t set this routing: a security token is about authentication, editing a patient chart opens or updates patient data, and changing the license type affects access privileges but not where messages land by default. By configuring the default In Basket/worklist in your preferences, your incoming messages and tasks will automatically appear in the queue you expect, making your workflow more efficient.
